After some days, which I can't recalled how many days have past, new leaves grow. Just looking at it, we as human get to do the same. Of course not our human parts. If I fall, I can always start at some point and continue. (update 16-08-08)
Hmm.. till today I still can't remember why I started this hobby.
Before I did some pruning on the tree. I prepare the turn table, which I got it from IKEA. Can't remember how much I spend on it. Used newspaper to collect the unwanted leaves. Start with enthusiasm. After hours...
There goes the tree after pruning. This I learned from the sifu. But I still lacked the skill to get it to the look I preferred. I did not totally removed all the leaves. The reason is I am lazy. It is quite a tedious work. Stopped few hours, then continued.. and it is getting late...
But it is a healthy hobby. And you get to do additional work, that is watering the tree. Many says it is the old people hobby. So they will give negative comments. "So young do this thing ar.."

You still playing with bonsai? That's great!!!
Mom gave up with her bonsai though she was so crazy about it, even join the Indonesian bonsai club.
Don't think it's an old people hobby lah... actually if you are really into bonsai, you can make good money of it ;)
Have to continue.. bcos the bonsai is not cheap.
Hehehe.. making money. More like saving money. But still need those people who is crazy enuf to buy from me at high price...
Why your mom stop? Then you should continue. As it takes years to get a thick trunk.
And at the same time it really helps you past time. Go go do something on your mom bonsai..
Bonsai... rich man hobby. I used to plant trees in my father's orchard when I was very young. Different is I plant big trees, and you plant small trees.
